What we process and why

Website usage (analytics)

If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (for example approximate location derived from IP, device/browser type, pages viewed). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Google Ireland Limited (and, where applicable, Google LLC in the United States) processes data as our processor / sub-processor for analytics. Transfers outside the EEA, if any, rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses, as provided by Google.

If you email us (for example at tom@auradevelopment.sk), we process your email address and the content of the message to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in communicating with prospective or existing clients, or contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) where relevant. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose (typically up to 3 years unless a longer period is required for legal claims or accounting).

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings (and deleted or anonymised thereafter). Cookie consent records last up to 182 days unless you clear site data earlier. Email correspondence retention is described above.

  • erasure;
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
